Foreign Currency Transactions and Exchange Rates

If the transaction currency differs from your card’s settlement currency, currency conversion may apply.

• Nova Flow Card: Settled in USD

• Nova Pulse Card: Settled in USD

• Nova Roam Card: Settled in HKD

A foreign exchange (FX) fee may apply to transactions made in a currency other than the card’s settlement currency. The final converted amount may be affected by the card network exchange rate, real-time exchange rates, exchange rate fluctuations, and applicable fees.

For example,

If your Nova Card is settled in USD and you make a purchase in EUR, the transaction will require currency conversion and may incur an FX fee.

ATM Withdrawal Fees

Nova Roam Card supports ATM withdrawals. The following fees may apply when using an ATM:

• Applicable Nova Card withdrawal fees

• Fees charged by the ATM operator

• Foreign currency conversion and exchange rate fees

Some ATM operators may display an additional fee before you confirm the withdrawal. Please review the information shown on the ATM screen carefully before proceeding.

Nova Flow Card and Nova Pulse Card do not support ATM withdrawals.
