Management Guide

You can use the Nova Card management page to view your card details, balance, transaction history, and current card status, as well as manage your card’s security settings.

Available management features may vary by card type. Please refer to the options displayed on the relevant card page.

1. How Do I Access the Card Management Page?

Log in to your Nova Markets account and go to Nova Card.

If you have multiple Nova Cards, select the card you wish to manage and open its details page.

From the card management page, you can view:

  • Card name and type

  • Card status

  • Available balance

  • Settlement currency

  • Card details

  • Funding history

  • Transaction history

  • Applicable fees and limits

2. How Do I View My Card Details?

Open the relevant card details page and select View Card Details or the corresponding option.

Depending on your account security settings, you may be required to complete a security check. Once verified, you can view:

  • Cardholder name

  • Card number

  • Expiration date

  • CVV

  • Billing address, if applicable

Keep your card details secure. Never share them through chat, email, social media, or other unsecured channels.

3. How Do I Check My Card Balance?

Go to the Nova Card page and select the relevant card to view its current available balance.

Some authorized but unsettled transactions may temporarily hold part of your card balance. As a result, your total balance and available balance may differ.

4. How Do I View My Transaction History?

Open the card details page and select Transaction History or the corresponding option to view:

  • Funding records

  • Purchase records

  • Refund records

  • ATM withdrawal records

  • Pending or reversed transactions

Select an individual transaction to view details such as the amount, date and time, merchant, status, and applicable fees.

5. How Do I Freeze My Nova Card?

If you are not currently using your card or suspect that your card details have been compromised, go to the card management page and select Freeze Card.

Once frozen, the card cannot be used for new purchases or ATM withdrawals. However, transactions that have already been authorized or are still being processed may continue to settle.

If your card is lost or stolen, or if you notice an unauthorized transaction, freeze it immediately and contact Nova customer support.

6. How Do I Unfreeze My Nova Card?

Once you have confirmed that your account and card are secure, go to the card management page and select Unfreeze Card.

You may be required to enter your password, verify a code, or complete another security check. Once verification is complete, your card will be available for use again.

If your card was frozen due to a security review, risk restriction, or another system-related reason, you may not be able to unfreeze it yourself. Please contact Nova customer support for assistance.

7. How Do I Manage Online Payments?

If this feature is available, you can enable or disable online payments from the card management page.

When online payments are disabled, transactions made using your card number, expiration date, and CVV may be declined.

Available payment controls may vary by card type. Please refer to the options displayed on the card management page.

8. How Do I Manage ATM Withdrawals?

Nova Roam Card supports ATM withdrawals.

If this feature is available, you can enable or disable ATM withdrawals from the card management page. When you do not need to use an ATM, you can disable this feature to reduce the risk of unauthorized card use.

Nova Flow Card and Nova Pulse Card do not support ATM withdrawals.

9. How Do I Add My Card to Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Nova Pulse Card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Open the Nova Pulse Card details page, select the relevant digital wallet option, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required security checks and setup.

Availability may vary depending on your country or region, device, and the supported service area.

Nova Flow Card currently does not support Apple Pay or Google Pay. Digital wallet support for Nova Roam Card is subject to the information displayed on the card page.

10. How Do I Activate My Nova Roam Card?

Once you receive your Nova Roam Card, log in to Nova Markets and go to the Nova Card management page. Select the relevant physical card and follow the on-screen instructions to activate it.

During activation, you may be required to verify your card details and complete a security check. Once activated, the card can be used for in-store purchases and ATM withdrawals.

11. What Should I Do If My Card Is Lost or Stolen?

If your Nova Roam Card is lost or stolen:

  1. Log in to your Nova Markets account.

  2. Go to the Nova Card management page.

  3. Freeze the relevant card.

  4. Review your recent transaction history.

  5. Contact Nova customer support.

If you notice any unauthorized transactions, provide the relevant transaction details so they can be reviewed and handled accordingly.

12. How Do I Replace or Close My Nova Card?

If your card is damaged, expired, no longer needed, or requires replacement, check the Nova Card management page for a replacement, reissuance, or card closure option.

Replacement, redelivery, or reissuance of a physical card may incur additional fees. Closing a card may be irreversible, so please ensure there are no pending transactions or unresolved matters before proceeding.

The applicable process and fees are subject to the information displayed on the card page and the instructions provided by Nova customer support.
